The University of Auckland has retained its global ranking of 65th in the 2026 QS World University Rankings, making the only New Zealand university in the world’s top 100. In an increasingly competitive global education environment – and with an updated QS methodology – this is a strong and reassuring result. Their improved score reflects gains across employment outcomes, academic reputation, international student representation and more.
